But today brinjal is not available in my fridge so I added Potato and tomato..

Ingredients

15 minutes
2 serves
  1. 250 gramsstring beans/choli
  2. 2small potatoes
  3. 1tomato
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tblsp chilli garlic ginger paste
  6. 1 tspchilli powder
  7. 1 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 cupwater
  10. 1 tblsp oil
  11. 1 tblsp mustard cumin and carrom seeds
  12. 1/4 tspAsafoetida
  13. Fresh coriander for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the upper and lower part of string beans and cut in small pieces.
    Peel the potatoes and cut in small cubes.
    Wash the vegetables and drain out the water.now cut the tomato in small cubes and add with it.

    In a pressure cooker add oil, mustard cumin and carrom seeds to crackle,then add asafoetida.
    Add veggies and salt, chilli coriander and turmeric powder.
    Mix well,now add water,mix again.and close the lid,cook till 3 whistles.

    When the Cooker cools down,open the lid,mix again and transfer in to a serving bowl.
    Sprinkle fresh coriander and serve..
    Enjoy with Chapati..🤤👌
