Cooking Instructions

Peel wash and cut in tiny cubes of potatoes,
Cut green chillies and grate ginger. - 2
In a pan add oil, mustard, cumin seeds and hing.
Let them sputter.
Add potato cubes, mix it, now add salt, chilli coriander and turmeric powder and Fresh coriander,mix and cover it till Potato gets softened,
Add lemon juice.
Cook again for 2 mnts then switch off the flame. - 3
Potato Subji is ready.
Transfer into a bowl, sprinkle coriander..
Serve with Masala thepla and masala tea.
