Ingredients

15 minutes
2 serve
  1. 4medium size Potatoes
  2. 3fresh green chillies
  3. 2tblsp freshly chopped coriander
  4. 1 tspcrushed ginger
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tspsugar
  7. 1tblsp lemon juice
  8. 1tblsp clerified butter/ghee
  9. 1 tspCumin seeds
  10. 6-7Curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil,peel and cut the Potatoes in a diced..
    Cut the chillies and ginger.

    In a nonstick pan add ghee, Cumin seeds,let it splutter,then add cut chillies, crushed ginger and curry leaves, mix it..
    Now add diced potatoes.
    Mix with tadka..

    Add red chilli powder,sugar, lemon juice,fresh coriander and mix thoroughly so all spices can cover well on Potatoes.
    Leave for 2 minutes on the gas then switch off the flame.

    Potato dry subji is ready..
    Transfer into a serving bowl,
    Sprinkle more coriander and Serve..
    This subji can be eaten with plain curd..
    Enjoy...👌
