Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprava (semolina)
  2. 1 cupghee
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 3 cupwarm milk
  5. 1 tbspkimis
  6. 1 tspelaichi powder
  7. 1 tbspchooped almonds

Cooking Instructions

    To make rava sheera heat the ghee in a broad nonstick pan.

    Add the rava and saute on a slow flame for 6-8 minutes. While stirring occasionally

    Add the milk mix well while stirring continuously. Add the sugar, kimis,almonds and mix well, add elaichi powder while stirring continuously, then turn off the gas when it is mixed well. Serve the rava sheera immediately.
