Boil milk and water together and keep it aside.

Heat ghee in a pan, add rava and roast on low flame for 7-8 minutes.

Once the rava is roasted, add hot milk and water to the pan and mix well. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes till the water dries out. then add sugar and cook till the sheera leaves the sides. Add cardamom powder and nuts.

Lastly add 1 tsp ghee and cook for a minute. Garnish with some more nuts and serve hot.
