Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgMutton
  2. 1/2 kgbitter gourd
  3. 6onion chopped
  4. 4tomatoes chopped
  5. 4green chili chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tspred chili Powder
  8. 1 tspcoriander Powder
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric Powder
  10. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  11. 1/2 Cupoil
  12. 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  13. Some coriander leaves chopped
  14. Ginger gulian
  15. Few drops lemon juice
  16. 4red dry chili
  17. 1 tspcumin seeds
  18. 1 tspcoriander seeds
  19. 10black pepper
  20. 1/2 tspgaram masala Powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take chopped Bitter gourd add some salt mix well and keep aside for 20minutes and wash and drean well water

    Take a pan add oil heat add bitergard stir fry lightly golden and keep aside

    Take a pan add red chilies coriander seeds cumin seeds black pepper stir roast and grind well finePowder keep aside

    Take a pan add oil heat add cumin seeds onion tomatoes ginger garlic paste 2 green chili Mutton stir add salt red chiliPowder corianderPowder tarmaricPowder stir fry to cook well then to tender Mutton

    Now add curd stir fry to cook well and flame off

    Take a pan add oil heat add onion green chili stir fry to cook and add fry bitergard stir cook and add cooked Mutton stir cook

    Now add 1 tsp grind masala garammasala lemon juice coriander leaves stir and keep slow flame for 5minutes and flame off

    Now transfer into serving bowl and garnish julienne ginger coriander leaves tomato flawar

    Ready to serve with paratha
