Ingredients

  1. 8-10bitter gourd
  2. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  3. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1 tspgaram masala, fennel powder
  6. 1 tspdry mango powder
  7. 3 tbspoil
  8. 1 tspcumin

Cooking Instructions

    Wash karela and give a slit,now sprinkle salt and turmeric in it,keep aside for 1 hour,now wash it and squeez and keep aside

    Now in a pot mix all powdered spices and mix well,add 1 tsp oil in it,mix again and fill this stuffing in bittergourds,press it
    now in a pan heat oil add cumin

  3. 3

    Place all karela in it,jeep covered,cook untill it becomes soft
