  1. 200 gramspaneer
  2. 400 gramssugar
  3. 6 tablespoonmaida
  4. Refined oil for frying
  5. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  6. 1 pinchfood colour
  7. Half cup milk

    In a grinder jar add mashed paneer, maida, milk and food colour.churn well.

    Make syrup of sugar by adding water.One thread consistency.Add cardamom powder.

    In a piping bag fill maida, paneer mixture.Heat oil in a pan.

    Make round jalebis, in low medium flame.Turn and fry till golden brown.

  5. 5

    Dip this fried jalebi in a sugar syrup and remove immediately.Serve hot.
