Ingredients

8 to 12 servings
  1. 100 gmfresh paneer
  2. 2 tspmilk powder
  3. 3 cupsugar for making syrup
  4. 1 dropred food colour
  5. 1 tspcornflour

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the paneer with your clean palm,add milkpowder and cornflour.

  2. 2

    Add a drop of colour and make a soft dough,now make small balls and give a little bit oval shape like jamun.

  3. 3

    Make a sugar syrup of 1 string adding your flavours(optional),if u want to add flavor then it's optional like rose syrup,green cardamom and saffron.

  4. 4

    Now dip all the jamun balls in sugar syrup at boiling point.put the lid of for 10 minutes. It starts boiling and swallow in big sizes

  5. 5

    Take out all jamun and cool it.now serve after lunch or dinner, the homemade desserts.
