  1. 1 kgcarrot
  2. 250grm sugar
  3. 1 tbspghee
  4. 1/2ltr.milk
  5. 1/2 cupmilk powder
  6. 1 cupkhoya

    In a mixer jar add carrot pieces and grind it coursly.add the carrot and saute for 2-3 min.

    Add the milk mix well and cook on a high flame till the milk is absorbed totally.now add sugarand milk powder mix it well.

    Now add khoya mix it again.halwa is ready.
