Cooking Instructions

☆ Rinse, peel and chop 1 medium-sized ripened mango. Add the chopped mangoes in a blender. Add 3 tablespoons of curd. Add 3 teaspoon of sugar.

☆ You can add more sugar later if the lassi has more of a sour taste. Blend everything until smooth. The consistency is pulpy and mushy without any fine chunks of mangoes.

☆ Blend with required water until all the ingredients are mixed evenly. Pour Mango Lassi in glasses. Serve chilled 👌
