Ingredients

  1. 200 gmspaghetti
  2. 2 tbspno onion no garlic tomato ketchup
  3. 1 tspkashmiri red chill powder
  4. 1 tbspred chilli flakes
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. 3 tbspfinely chopped cabbage
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tbspdark soya sauce
  10. 1/2 Cupshredded cabbage
  11. 2-3 pcsFrench beans (long cut)
  12. 2green chillies slit (long cut)
  13. 1/2 Cupred, yellow, and green Capsicum
  14. 1/2 Cupshredded Carrot
  15. Water as required

Cooking Instructions

    Take all the ingredients for no onion, no garlic chowmein spaghetti.

    Take water and boil it while boiling
    Add a few drops of oil and a little bit of salt. Now,once the water gets boiled,add spaghetti to it,

    Now cook the spaghetti for 4 to 5 mins,Now check the spaghetti
    gets break than strain the spaghetti in a strainer and add cold water to the spaghetti,

    Now take oil in a frying pan, now add finely chopped cabbage to it, Now add no onion no garlic tomato ketchup to it, now add red chilli flakes to it and cook it for 1 min and it will give a smokey flavour to spaghetti,

    Now add Kashmiri red chilli powder to it, Now add slit green chillies to it, Now add long cut French beans and shredded carrots to it,

    Now add red, yellow, and green Capsicum to it, now add shredded cabbage to it and cook it for 1 min, Now add dark soya sauce to it,

    Now, after adding dark soya sauce, add black pepper and salt to it, Now after adding salt, add lil water to it so all the masala sticks to vegetables properly, Now add boiled spaghetti to it,

    Now, use 2 forks and mix the spaghetti with vegetables so the spaghetti doesn't break and gets mixed properly, Now cook it for 1 or 2 min, Now No onion no garlic Chowmein Spaghetti is ready to serve, serve hot.
