Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1/2cabbage finely chopped
  2. 1 cupMoong dal soaked
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. 1/2 tspAsafoetida
  5. 1 tsp mustard
  6. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tbspfresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  8. 1tsp salt

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot, add mustard and asafoetida. Add turmeric and soaked moong dal.

    Add red chilli powder and cabbage. Add salt. Cover the pan and cook on low flame. Mix it well. Add coriander leaves finely chopped. Serve hot with Roti.
