Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong dal chilka soaked and grinded
  2. 1/2 cupmoong dal yellow soaked and grinded
  3. 1/2 cuppeas boiled
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 1onion chopped
  6. 1/2 cuptomato puree
  7. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 2green chilli chopped
  9. Coriander leaves chopped
  10. 1 tbspfresh curd
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 tspchilli powder
  13. 1 tspdhaniya powder
  14. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  15. 1 tspamchur powder
  16. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  17. 1bay leaf, Oil for frying
  18. Hing zeera

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bowl m dono dal or salt dal kar achhe se mix karein.Ek hi side m dal ko achhe se fante.

    Karahi m oil garam karein or pakode bana le.

  3. 3

    Pan m oil garam hone par hing zeera bhune. Veggies or masale dal kar 5 min tak sim gas par Cook karein.Add peas and 2 cup water.Mix well.

    Add pakode and Cook 2 min.Gas off karein. Mix curd.Garnish with coriander leaves.
