Ingredients

25-30 minutes.
  1. 1 cupmoong dal (yellow)
  2. 1 1/2 cupchopped palak
  3. 2 tsp oil
  4. 1/4 tsp hing
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 onion finely chopped
  8. 3-4 pods garlic
  9. 1/2 inch ginger
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  12. 4 table spoon tomato puree

Cooking Instructions

25-30 minutes.

    Wash and Soak moong dal for 3-4 hours. Boil for 7-8 minutes.keep a side.

    In a pan heat oil.add hing turmeric and chopped onion..Saute for 5-7 minutes add crushed ginger garlic paste.

    Add tomato puree saute for 3-5 minutes. Wash and finely chopped palak.

    Add in a gravy. Saute for 5 minutes or till soft

    Add all masala salt and add boiled dal.cook little more time..now palak moong dal is ready.

    Serve hot.
