Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. 250 gmstring beans
  2. 1/4 piececoconut
  3. 1/2 cupchana dal
  4. 3 tspoil
  5. 1 tspcumin seeds
  6. 8-10curry leaves
  7. 1green chilli
  8. 1/4 tspginger paste
  9. 1/4 tspchilli paste
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric
  11. 1/4 tsphing
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1 1/2 tspdhaniya jeera powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and remove top and bottom and chop in small pieces..Boil in water with salt for 6-8 minutes.

    Wash and Soak chanadal for 2-3 hours.boil them.make small pieces of coconut..In a mixer jar grind coconut in a coarse grated.

    In a pan heat oil, add cumin seeds and add hing, curry leaves, green chilli splited.Add hing turmeric.

    Now add boiled chanadal.after 2 minutes add boiled string beans.,add all masala.stir for 2-3 minutes.

    Now add grated coconut.mix well.saute for 4-5 minutes. Avial is ready.
