Cooking Instructions

Take raw banana,yam, drumsticks,carrot,french bean, potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, pointed gourd; clean,wash,peel and cut into 3" long strips.

In medium-low flame cook the vegetables in the water with turmeric powder; once all the vegetables are cooked 90% add salt.

Soak coconut in warm water for 10 minutes,then grind together the coconut, cumin seeds,yoghurt and green chillies to a paste.

Add this paste to the cooked vegetables,mix it well.

Add curry leaves and coconut oil,give a quick mix,put off the flame.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
