  1. 2drumstick
  2. 100 gpumpkin chopped
  3. 100 gcarrots chopped
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1tomato pureed
  6. For paste
  7. 200 gfresh coconut grated
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  12. 2 tbspwater
  13. 5-6garlic cloves
  14. For tempering
  15. 1 tbspcoconut oil or any other oil
  16. 1 tspmustard seeds
  17. 1 tspchana dal
  18. 1/2 tspasofedita
  19. 4-5curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    In a pressure cooker, add oil, curry leaves, mustard seeds, chana dal, and all the vegetables. Add a pinch salt and cup of water. Cook upto 2 whistles

    Meanwhile, grind the coconut masala paste. When vegetables are done, add tomato puree masala paste, salt and 3 cups water

    Cook on low flame for 10 mts. Curry is ready to serve

    Serve with steamed rice
