Cooking Instructions

In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, green chillies and Curry leaves. And then add all the vegetables cook in 10 minutes.

In a mixy add grated coconut, cumin seeds, green chillies and water make a course paste.

Add the coconut paste into the vegetables cooked few minutes and then add curd once it's boiled add coconut oil 2 Tbsp and curry leaves, switch off the flame. Aviyal ready to serve. It's goes well with rice and Adai.
