Cooking Instructions

Spread a layer of raw peanuts in a kadai. (You can roast in the microwave or air fryer.) Roast the peanuts for about 10-12 minutes on law flame or until they're a light golden brown.

Now transfer them in a plate and let it cool down and remove its skin and strain it and add in the mixture jar.

Put the peanuts in a mixture jar on pulse for a few seconds to break them down. It'll be a bit crumbly at first, then a thick wet paste will form.

Add the peanut oil and continue grinding until it's smooth. You can add some more oil, if needed. If necessary, scrape the sides of the jar and grind again.
Then add some salt and honey and process on high speed for 1-2 minutes more. - 5
Then transfer the peanut butter to a sterilized jar. Enjoy it with bread or bread toast.
