Ingredients

  1. 1/2 KgNimbu
  2. 150 gmsSalt or 2 Spoons
  3. 50 gmBlack Pepper 🌶️
  4. 100 gmBlack Salt
  5. 15 gmsCarom seeds
  6. 300 gmsSugar

    Wash the lemons properly and place it on the kitchen towel to dry in sunshine.

    Make six cuts on the lemon...
    First cut half then again half of half... eight pieces

  3. 3

    Fill the spices in the lemons pressing with the spoon.

  4. 4

    Put the leftover spices over these lemons.Close the lid and place the container in sunshine for 6-7 days.

    Now you can store it in your kitchen. Nimbu ka achar is normally made during the month of december and january.
