Ingredients

12 kachori
  1. 1 cupfresh Tuvar beans
  2. 1 cupGreen Chana
  3. 1/2 cupfresh coconut
  4. 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  5. Chilli,ginger as required
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1 teaspooncumin coriander powder
  8. 2 teaspoonsugar
  9. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  10. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  11. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  12. 1/4th teaspoon hing
  13. 2 teaspoonlemon juice
  14. Oil for necessary
  15. Puri dough ingredients
  16. 2 cupwheat flour
  17. 2 tablespoonsemolina
  18. 3 tablespoonoil
  19. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  20. 1 teaspoonsugar powder
  21. Pinchcooking soda

Cooking Instructions

    Take the all ingredients ready. Take the Coconut pieces, coriander leaves, chilli pieces,sugar and ginger pieces in the grinder jar and make a rough paste.

    Tuvar & Chana grind coarsely
    Add the coconut mixture..

    Heat the 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. Add the cumin & mustard seeds. When mustard seeds are cracked pour the tempering on Tuvar Chana mixture. Add all the masala ingredients and mix well. Cook the mixture in the microwave or gas flame for 7 minute. Cool down.

    Take all the dough ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.Add necessary water and make a Puri dough.

    Heat the oil on medium flame for frying. Make the 12 equal parts of puri dough and make a ball. Roll each ball on puri shape. Stuff the above kachori stuffing in middle and bring the edges in the centre and joint them. Press slightly. Slide the kachori one by one in hot oil and fry till golden brown.

    TUVAR CHANA KACHORI
    is ready to serve.
