Ingredients

2(makes 4)
  1. 2 cupamaranth (rajgira) flour
  2. 150 gpaneer
  3. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  4. 1finely chopped green chilli
  5. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  6. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  7. 1 inchginger finely grated
  8. Rock salt for taste
  9. Ghee/ oil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add all the ingredients and knead a soft dough. Add water if needed.

    Dovide the dough in 4 equal parts and roll roll each into round thick paratha.

  3. 3

    Add rajgira flour of needed for rolling.
    Cook on a girdle/tawa with ghee or oil from both sides till golden brown.

    Serve with fresh green chutney and curd.
