Ingredients

20-25 minute

  1. 1 cupbarley flour
  2. 1/2 cupwheat flour
  3. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspoil or ghee
  6. 1/2 cupwarm water
  7. For stuffing
  8. 1medium potato boiled
  9. 1/4 cuppaneer grated
  10. 1green Chilli finely chopped
  11. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  12. 1/2 tspChilli flakes
  13. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  14. 1 pinchturmerich
  15. 1/2 tspsalt or as per taste
  16. 1 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
  17. Oil for frying paratha

Cooking Instructions

20-25 minute
  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add both flour,cumin seeds,oil and salt. Mix well then gradually add warm water and make a soft dough. Cover and keep it for 10 minutes.

    Now we prepared filling. For this take paneer grated it. Add mashed potato, all powder spices,green Chilli,salt and coriander leaves. Mix all together very well

    Take the dough. Make lemon size balls from the dough. Take two balls. Slightly roll them to make flat. Take one flat ball, place 1tbsp filling in the middle and cove with another piece. press gently from the edges.

    Roll it very carefully with gentle hand because it will break if we roll it forcely.
    Sprinkle little bit coriander leaves. It's optional if you don't want you have skip it.
    Heat a tawa and cook the paratha from both side till it turn golden colour.

    Make all the paratha and enjoy hot with curd.
