Ingredients

  1. 1 CupWheat Flour
  2. 2 TeaspoonsBasin
  3. 1Onion
  4. 1Tomato
  5. 1 BunchCurryleaves
  6. 1 BunchCorriander Leaf
  7. 3Green Chilli
  8. 1 PinchGaram masala
  9. Salt to taske

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop the onion, tomatoes, green chilli, curry and coriander leaves

  2. 2

    Mix this with the wheat and basin flour

  3. 3

    Add salt and garam masala to taste

  4. 4

    Add water and make it to a thick batter like consistency

  5. 5

    On a dosa pan take 2 spoons of this mixture and spread

  6. 6

    Sprinkle few drops of oil/ghee

  7. 7

    Flip until cooked and server with idli podi or chutney
