On weekends we usually love to have hot hot paratha's specially in winters.So here I present one variety of paratha.It is also called missi roti. Instead of using regular besan...Here I used freshly cooked channa daal....which enhances it's flavour and give this simple dish a twist of taste... Veggie Pasta

On weekends we usually love to have hot hot paratha's specially in winters.So here I present one variety of paratha.It is also called missi roti. Steps

In a pressure cooker add chana daal, haldi, ginger, garlic and hing.cook for 6-7 whistles.

Cook till daal is completely done. It should not be runny.

Now take the wheat flour. Add the cooked daal and all the dry spices with little bit of salt. (keep an eye on salt quantity as our daal also contain salt)

Add chopped onion and green chilli.

Now with the help of water knead the dough. It should be soft.

With the help of rolling pin roll out the paratha or chappati.

Your missi roti or paratha is ready.serve it with any curry or raita.
