Cooking Instructions

Take all the ingredients in a bowl and knead a firm dough with warm water.

Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Knead again and divide the dough into equal portions.

Roll out into thin rotis and roast on a tawa with ghee till they are well done.

Serve hot with mango chunda or green chutney.
