Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsMutton - medium size pieces -
  2. 2 handfulsSpinach Baby - before chopping
  3. 1 handfulCoriander - before chopping
  4. 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste :
  5. 1Onion large - finely sliced
  6. twoChilly Green - finely sliced

Cooking Instructions

    Make a paste of Baby spinach and Coriander Leaves

  2. 2

    Heat oil, fry the onion till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add the ginger garlic paste, fry till raw smell is gone

  4. 4

    Add the green chillies and fry again

  5. 5

    Add the Baby Spinach and coriander paste and cook for about a minute

  6. 6

    Add the mutton pieces and coat them with the paste

  7. 7

    Pressure cook the mutton now for about 8 whistles

  8. 8

    Garnish with Onion rings and lemon wedges

  9. 9

    Serve with steamed rice, chapattis or aapam.
