I like to make lots of different dishes that you can top over grits and rice.
Steps

Add butter and your favorite spices to salmon and put in oven at 375°F for 25 mins.

Add grits to salted water and stir occassionally until brought to a boil. When boiling stir often for about 10 minutes, then add a little butter and the cheddar cheese.

Fry eggs until they are runny.
- 4
Serve starting with the grits, the salmon, and then the egg on top. Add salt and pepper if you need and enjoy.
