Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

Mix the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowl.

  2. 2

Slowly add the wet to the dry and dough [not springy, it needs to be rather tough.

  3. 3

Put the dough in a cling wrap and make a log out of it.

  4. 4

Refrigerate for a couple of hours.

  5. 5

Take out of the fridge and cut as thin slices as possible.

  6. 6

Bake in a pre heated oven at 189-190 degrees C for 15-20 min.

  7. 7

Do note that the wafer shall inflate and then deflate. Once defalted they are almost good to be brought out of the oven.

  8. 8

Let them cool completely before taking them off the slipat/parchment sheet.

  9. 9

If making in a microwave, Melt butter first, then add the chocolate and peanut butter. Stir midway [Say after about a min]. This shall avoid over cooking of the chocolate.

  10. 10

If making on the stove, [My fav. method], in a heavy bottom pan, melt butter. Take it off the stove and add the chocolate, stir. Add the peanut butter and put on the stove again. Stir continuously until all are combined.

  11. 11

Let it cool and then spread on one wafer and sandwich with other.
