Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSprouted Moong
  2. 1/2 cupgrated Carrot
  3. 1/2 cupchopped Tomatoes
  4. 1/2 cupchopped cucmber
  5. Lemon
  6. Salt
  7. Black salt
  8. Cumin seeds powder
  9. Chat masala
  10. Black pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl, add sprouted moong & chopped veggies.

  2. 2

    Add salt, pepper, chat masala, cumin seeds powder & black salt to taste. Squeeze lemon juice & mix well.

  3. 3

    Serve as breakfast or salad with whole meal!
