Ingredients

  • 1 cupMixed sprouts(moth beans, whole green gram, black chana)
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/4 cupGrated carrot
  • 1/4 cupGrated/finely chopped cucumber
  • as per tasteSalt & black pepper
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspjeera powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak whole beans overnight and discarding the water next day and leave it one day in warm place to Sprout. I have even added white matar.

    Mix all the ingredients and serve immediately.
