1 cupcabbage
1 cuplettuce
1/2 cupsprouted whole moong
1 tbspmint leaves
1/2 cuppomegranate seeds
1 tbspcoriander leaves
1/4 tsp.pepper
to tastesalt according
2 tsplemon juice

Finely chop all the vegetables.

Then take a deep bowl, and mix the vegetables with mint leaves, sprouted green gram and coriander leaves. Add lemon, pepper and salt.

Mix well!
