Wash poha and drain off water completly. Add salt, fried peanuts and sugar(optional) in it.

In kadhai add oil. A oil gets hot enough, add jeera, hing, curry leaves and green chilli.

Add chopped onion once chillies gets fried. Add turmeric, chopped tomato and poha.

Mix it and put lid on. Let it cook for 2-3 mins. Garnish it with sev and coriander.
