Firstly wash poha properly and add little water in it and soak for 15 minutes.then add salt and sugar in poha.

Take a pan and add 2 tablespoon of oil and add mustard seed cook untill crackle then add cummin seed s in it.add kadi leaves and salt green chilli.add onion cook it untill it's colour changes to transparent.

Then add dry speics in it.daniya powder,turmeric powder and red chilli powder.mix them all.

Add soaked poha in it and stir properly.add dry mango powder and lemon juice in poha.cook for some time

Garnish with coriander leaves
