Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupTamarind water -
  2. 1 teaspoonSugar -
  3. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder -
  4. For salad :
  5. 1Raddish -
  6. 1Carrot -
  7. 2Cucumber -
  8. 1Tomato -
  9. 1Capsicum -
  10. 1Green chilli -
  11. leavesCoriander
  12. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut all the vegies into thin strips.

  2. 2

    Add sugar and red chilli powder in tamarind water.

  3. 3

    Mix chopped vegies into it and add salt.

  4. 4

    Mix well and serve in a bowl.
