  • 1 teaspoonSugar -
  • 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder -
  • For salad :
  • 1Raddish -
  • 1Carrot -
  • 2Cucumber -
  • 1Tomato -
  • 1Capsicum -
  • 1Green chilli -
  • leavesCoriander
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut all the vegies into thin strips.

    A picture of step 1 of Cucumber salad.

    Add sugar and red chilli powder in tamarind water.

  3. 3

    Mix chopped vegies into it and add salt.

  4. 4

    Mix well and serve in a bowl.
