Ingredients

  1. HERBAL SOUP BASE /BAK KUT TEH
  2. 1 packagesof store bought bak kut teh herbs mixture in sachet
  3. 1 1/2 literwater
  4. 1whole garlic with skin
  5. 10shiitake mushroom
  6. 2 tbspwolfberry
  7. 1 kgpork rib
  8. seasoning
  9. 1 pinchsalt
  10. 1 tbspeach of dark soy sauce and light soy sauce
  11. 1 dashwhite pepper
  12. garnish
  13. 1 bunchcoriander
  14. dipping sauce for the pork
  15. 5 tbspeach of mince garlic and dark soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Quick blanch pork rib in a pot of boiling water ,then drain and set aside ,then put all ingredient into preasure cooker on high for 45 minute

    add bean curd and wolfberry and salt and soy sauce then simmer for another 10 minute or till ready to eat ,,

    garnish and coriander serve hot white white rice
