Ingredients

  1. 8-10 piecesBread
  2. 1/2 cupLeftover moong daal
  3. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  4. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 1 tspCumin powder
  6. 1 tspCoriander powder
  7. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  8. 1 tspAmchur powder
  9. 1Onion chopped finely
  10. 2-3Green chilli chopped finely
  11. 3 tbspChopped coriander leaves
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. 2 tbspOil
  14. 1/4 cupBoiled potato and Chopped veggies

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the leftover daal for few mins so that it becomes dry completely.

    Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, onion, green chilli, leftover daal, salt and all the spices. Mix well.

    Adjust spices according to your choice and taste. You can also add boiled potato and any vegetables of your choice.

    Finally add chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and switch off.

    Take a bread, cut in round shape. Roll with rolling pin to make it flat.

    Carefully stuff 1tsp of the filling and with the help of water gather the ends and make round shape.

    Heat appe pan, brush oil in the cavities. Cook the kachoris in medium flame till crisp. Flip in between.

    If you want you can deep fry these kachoris.

    Serve hot with any chutney or sauce.
