Ingredients

2person
  • 2 cupleftover yellow khichdi
  • 4 cupbuttermilk
  • 1no onion chopped
  • 1no tomato chopped
  • 2-4garlic chopped
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • 1 tbspmix chana-urad dal
  • 8-10kaju
  • 2whole dry red chilli
  • 3-4curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp rai or jeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, jeera when the seeds crackle add the curry leaves,red chilli,mix dal saute for a few seconds.

    Then add kaju onion garlic saute for 3minutes.

  3. 3

    Then add tomatoes and saute, then add all masala mix well.

  4. 4

    Then add buttermilk and boil.

  5. 5

    Add leftover khichdi and mix well.

  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with papad.
