My all time favorite sandwich. It’s legendary in this part of the world. On the off chance there’s even one person that doesn’t have this in their life, I’m just gonna leave it right here.

I had this at a party last weekend. Its is delicious!

I use toasted white bread but for this meal I did not have any white bread. So I used hamburger buns.

The gardens and farmers markets are over flowing with fresh delicious vegetables this time of year. I take advantage by serving crisp fresh salads with almost every meal. This salad is substantial enough to be a meal on its own but is a great addition to cookouts and picnics.
