Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsdates
  2. 2 tablespoonssugar powder
  3. 2 tablespoonslemon juice or vinegar
  4. 1 tablespoonmustard oil
  5. 1 tablespoonmustard seeds
  6. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. For pickle masala
  9. 1 teaspoonroasted cumin seeds
  10. 1 teaspoonroasted fenugreek
  11. 1 teaspoonroasted fennel seeds
  12. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the dates in length and take out the seeds. Now roast all spices to make powder for it.

    Now take a big bowl of dates and mix one teaspoon roasted masala and all other spices, salt and sugar powder, add vinegar in it makes it well then add oil in it and mix it well.

    Fill it with a glass or plastic jar and keep it in the sun and stir in between. You can eat it after 3 day.Now prepared your dates pickles quickly without delay
