Ingredients

  1. 50 gmstendli
  2. 50 gmsraw yellow turmeric
  3. 50 gmsraw white turmeric
  4. 50 gmsginger
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 2lemon juice
  7. 1 tspred chilli powded
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tsppickle masala
  10. 2 tspoil
  11. 1/2 tsprai ki dal(mustard seeds)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash tendli, ginger and raw turmeric nicely.then peel the ginger and raw turmeric and wash it again.

    First chopped the tendli into pieces and keep aside.

    Then cut ginger pieces into another bowl and keep aside.

    Then cut both the turmeric into another bowl and keep aside.

    Then mix lime juice into ginger bowl, add salt and just mix it.ginger pickle is ready to serve.

    Then add rai dal, salt and lime juice to raw turmeric and mix it.Raw turmeric pickle is ready to serve.

    Then add pickle masala, red chilli powder, oil into tendli and mix it.Tendli pickle is ready to serve.
