Instant green chilli pickle

Cooking Instructions

Start with rinsing the green chilies first for preparing the pickle. Now take one chilli and cut off the stalk using a scissor. Chop down the chilies in small chunks. Likewise chop down each chilli.

Roast the whole spices and grind
Place a pan on flame to saute the spices. Now add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seed and black mustard seed to it. Saute these spices on low-medium flame for a while. Roast the spices until moisture evaporates. So, saute the spices for 1/2 minute only.
After this, place the roasted spices in a mixer jar and ground them coarsely. Spices are now ready. - 3
Mix the spices to the pickle
Mix 4 tsp mustard oil in chopped chilies and add white vinegar to it. Along with this, add ground spices, salt, turmeric powder and asafoetida. Mix everything really well. Pickle is now done and ready.
Super delicious green chilli pickle is ready, serve it immediately with your meals. But the real taste of pickle comes after 2 days. Store this pickle in any container and enjoy eating for up to 2 to 3 months.
