Ingredients

  1. 250 gmPickle chilli
  2. 2Lemon
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 4 tbspCoriander seeds
  5. 2 tspzeera/cumin seeds
  6. 1 tspFennel seeds
  7. 1 tspMustard seeds
  8. 1/2 tspFenugreek seeds
  9. 1 tspKalonji(nigella seeds)
  10. 1 tbspTurmeric Powder
  11. 1/2 spoonHing/asafoetida
  12. As neededMustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash chliies and dry completely. Cut in to 1 inch piece. If you want remove seeds than remove.

    Mix lemon juice in chillies mix well and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Grind all remaining ingredients make coarse powder.achar masala is ready.

  4. 4

    Heat musterd oil make smoke and cool down. (not completely)

  5. 5

    Add achar masala into chillies, add oil and salt. Mix well. Store in a airtight container or glass jar. You can use instat or you can use after 4/5 dayzz.
