  2. 7-8Dates
  3. 3/4 cupicing sugar
  4. 1 3/4 cupMaida
  5. 1/4 cupbesan
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. Pinchsoda

    In one bowl add ghee and icing sugar.

    Beat ghee and sugar till it becomes fluffy and liquid.

    Sieve maida, besan, baking powder and soda in bowl.

    Make soft dough.

    For the kajoor stuffing-

    Cut the dates first remove seeds inside it and.

    Roll.

    Make the ball from the dough.

    Fill dates roll in cookies ball and roll.

    Give shape of doughnut and impression by fork.

    Place in fridge for 10 minutes.

    Bake cookies at 180 degrees for 11 minutes in preheated oven.

    Cookies are ready to be served.
