Mango pickle is a spicy and tangy that is made in every Indian household and has their own taste.In my house there is a mango tree. During the mango season I always makes mango pickles in different styles.

Ingredients

  1. 1 kgraw mango
  2. For masala
  3. 2 tbspcumin seeds
  4. 2 tbspmustard seeds powder
  5. 1 tbspmethi seeds powder
  6. 2 tbspred chilli powder or as needed
  7. 2 cupmustard oil
  8. 2 tbspfennel seeds powder
  9. 1 tbsphaldi powder
  10. as neededSalt
  11. 10garlic cloves

Cooking Instructions

    Wash mango properly and wipe with a dry clothes. Cut into cubes. Once it is done keep aside.

    Heat mustard oil slightly. Cool it and add all the spices powder mix it well add mango cubes mix...it well. Add salt as needed. Keep aside for 24 hrs.

    Next day keep in a bottle. Keep it in a sun for 2 days. When the mango become tender. Enjoy with aloo paratha in breakfast
