Miniature Donut Shaped Cookies

I wanted to use up a little bit of leftover cookie dough in a cute way, so I cut them out into donut shapes. Then I just coated them with chocolate or icing, and added some sprinkles. That's it really, but when I showed them to my friends saying "I made donuts with cookie dough" they were a big hit. They're tiny, sweet and cute cookie-donuts. You can eat a lot of these and it's ok!?
I used a 17 mm diameter icing tip to cut these out. When baked they were about 2cm in diameter. To cut out the middles, a straw is convenient. When coating them with chocolate or icing, do it in a zigzag pattern. Just think of making them look like tiny, cute, American-style donuts. Recipe by Kotorisa

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Roll the cookie dough out to 3mm thickness. Cut out small circles using an icing tip, and cut the middles out too to make little donut shapes.
- 2
Bake for about 10 minutes in a 180°C oven. The baking time will differ depending on your oven. The cookies are tiny and burn easily, so be careful.
- 3
Let the cookies cool thoroughly. Decorate them with chocolate in a piping bag in a zigzag pattern. If you don't have chocolate, use powdered sugar to making icing. Make it a bit stiff, put it in a piping bag, and decorate the cookies.
- 4
Chocolate will have a sheen when it has hardened, but icing dries to a matte finish. The photo here shows some iced cookies before the icing has dried.
- 5
Sprinkle them with colorful sugar or chocolate sprinkles before the chocolate or icing dries. Chocolate hardens right away, but be sure to let icing dry and harden thoroughly. Wrap and pack the cookies in small boxes - so cute.
- 6
I made this cookie using the cocoa version of the cookie dough. I used icing and 5-colored donuts to make an Olympics sign.

Cute Little Doughnut Bites Cute Little Doughnut Bites
When I make regular old fashioned doughnuts in a tray, they are so prone to breaking up.These small ones are easy for small children to eat, yet it's adult-like and they are bite sized. They are easy to make and everyone can enjoy them.Since the shape is a bit chunky, it's better to make a circle of oil and gently move them around, rather than turning them over and over. Also they all turn out the same color. If you use a 18 x 27cm plastic bag, it's better than using a dough bag because when you roll it out the thickness will be just right. For about 30-35. Recipe by Karenmamacchi cookpad.japan -

You can make these cookies very quickly. We were going to my in-law's house and I made these cookies for my mother in-law as a gift.I had some left-over rice flour and I made the cookies with things I had at home. These are super-easy cookies that I have been making since I was a primary school student.・Don't burn the sliced almonds. (Roast them in a 160℃ oven or roast lightly in a frying pan.)・Powdered sugar for decoration is optional. You can enjoy them without it.・You can use chopped walnuts instead of the sliced almonds. Cute Fluffy Cookies Cute Fluffy Cookies
When making the cookie shapes, I hate getting my hands dirty, so that's why I use the wrap. They came out pretty cute. When cutting the shapes, sometimes the wrap gets cut with it. Please check to make sure you don't bake any wrap together with the dough. When you remove the wrap, the dough will become a bit thicker than it was. So when stretching out the dough, please make it thin. Recipe by Jubantai Nichibanya taichou cookpad.japan -

Snowball-style Decorated Chocolate Cookies Snowball-style Decorated Chocolate Cookies
I was chosen as a cooking tester by a baking paper company.I made snowball-style cocoa cookies with white chocolate. I think these are a combination of what I like and are nice for a Valentine's Day gift. You can use a bowl instead of a plastic bag for mixing the ingredients. The cookies are not too sweet. If you melt white chocolate completely by heating, it might scorch. Take the chocolate out of the microwave when there are still small pieces left, and let it melt in residual heat. Recipe by chokomi513 cookpad.japan
