Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4Bread Slices
  2. 1/2 cupsemolina or suji
  3. 1 tablespoonfinely chopped onions
  4. 1 tablespoonfinely chopped capsicum
  5. 1 tablespoonfinely chopped carrot
  6. 1green chilli
  7. 2cheese slices
  8. 1/2 teaspoonoregano
  9. 1 tablespoonoil
  10. 1 tablespooncream or malai

Cooking Instructions

    In a deep mixing bowl take semolina or rawa or suji. Next add to it 1 tbsp of malai. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

    Next add the chopped onions, capsicum, carrot, green chillies along with salt to the batter. Mix well.

    Next spread 1 tbsp of oil on the tawa and let it heat.

  4. 4

    In the mean while evenly spread the suji batter on the bread and put it on the heated tawa from the batter side.

    Cook for 3-4 minutes and then flip it over. Cook for another 2 minutes till the bread turns toasted and all the ingredients are bind together.

    Add cheese slices on top & let it melt.

  7. 7

    Remove them on the plate and sprinkle some oregano over it.

  8. 8

    Serve with red tomato ketchup.
