Fried Bombay Duck
#cookpadindiaThis is a lovely dish with dry Bombay Duck Fish. Easy and absolutely delicious. With just a few simple pantry staples, it's done in a jiffy. It's a best one for any main course meals. Not only this, it's done without much hassles or efforts. Dry Bombay Duck is easily available in the markets. I usually serve it with Hyderabadi Khatti Daal and steaming plate of plain boiled Rice. And use of Salt in this dish should always be minimised because it's a dry Fish and therefore already has large amounts of Salt in it. So use it accordingly. Otherwise you will end up spoiling the dish.So let's check on the recipe.Happy Cooking with Zee!

Fried Bombay Duck with Potato flour
#playoff#goldenapron23#week5#cookpadindia#innovativeFried Bombay Duck or Bombil Machli with Potato flour is an innovative idea by me and a lovely looking and a simple side dish that goes well with many a meals. It's a great side dish with Khatti Daal or Rasam or Hyderabadi Chaar or any other Curry or Gravy. Not only a side dish, it's actually a lovely starter too. Or it can also be used as a yummy snack as well. I bet the kids would love it too. There is absolutely no smell when it's done this way. Try it for yourselves and check it out. Your loved ones and families as well as friends and relatives would love it for sure.Easy to make, this is quite a good one. The only thing is it's pungent smell that many a people doesn't like, especially the kids but it's very healthy. As this is dried, it has but natural a lot of Salt. So use it sparingly when you make the Curries or even fry them. Do not use more of it. That's it. And make it on any day for your mealtimes and relish this simple comfort food at home with your loved ones.Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Schezwan fried rice with Manchurian balls
I love Chinese food!!! And who doesn't? Whenever we go to a restaurant & I can't have nonveg because of some auspicious day or eating out with a person who don't eats nonveg, I prefer Chinese. Reason? It's tasty, it satiates your hunger for good food and you consume lot of veggies without complaint 😋😋..At home also Chinese is my favourite option for veg food. Here sharing a recipe which is easy to make and tastes nice.Try it and enjoy!! Bon appetite!

Crispy fried vegidlis
I knew about Fried Idlis but never wanted to try them because for me the original steam idli tasted better than the Fried Idlis. Fried Idlis are a great way to make use of the leftover idlis and idli finger is a modern take on French Fries. Hesitantly today we had many leftover idlis and I was wondering should I steam it again for the next day’s breakfast. Surprising, we had some guests for evening tea and I eventually thought to makeover the steamed Idlis into Crispy Fried VegIdlis adding with my twists. This trial recipe was very much welcomed by my family and guest. It’s a perfect snack for tiffin or appetizer or for any occasion. So here comes my yummy recipe of “Crispy Fried Vegidlis”.

Crispy Fried Amritsari Fish
#startersThis is a first for sure…Crispy Fried Amritsari Fish on my blog. I am a vegetarian by choice but I do cook non-veg limited to chicken usually. Now that I am in Guadalajara, Mexico my son got some Basa Fish Fillets and asked me to make Amritsari Fish. For a moment I went blank as I couldn’t remember the recipe. It has been more than 20 years since I cooked it. My husband loved fish and would ask me to shallow fry or grill it for him. His favorite was a full pomfret marinated in Mint and Coriander dip. Amritsari was for starters for guests. I was a little finicky about handling fish and he would assure me that the fish would be clean. He would get it cleaned nicely and would say that it is just like paneer you can handle it!! Trust a sardar comparing fish to paneer! What is Amritsari fish? A recipe for fish fillets which emanated in Amritsar, a city in Punjab, North India. It is famous for it's Amritsari kulchas or Amritsari naan. The Amritsar fish is a fried crispy fish recipe found on the streets of the city of Amritsar. The variety of fish isn’t really important here as you just need a good deboned fish dressed into fillets. The recipe is very simple and very delicious. Crispy gram flour covers scaly white fish fillets that are spiced with Indian flavours of ginger, garlic, cumin powder and coriander powder. You can add chilli powder and garam masala if you like to eat spicy but my family is on the milder side and I skipped the chilli powder and garam masala.

SFC Or Sumac Fried Chicken
#cookpadindia#innovative#chicken2200 recipes for me with this one today. A simple yet a flavourful innovative fry using Sumac- the Middle Eastern Herb by me for yesterday's Dinner. This is a yummy side dish for any day mealtimes with your loved ones and families.I do this very often for my children and they just love it. The best part is that it gets done pretty much soon. But I always give it a long marination time so that all the flavours and the spices get infused really well for a juicy and luscious Fried Chicken. It's not at all oily like other deep fried food. Without any Flour or different coating ingredients, it's just plain meat and a few spices. And that is what makes it so juicy and delicious. It's not cakey or oily too.Well, that's all with the important details about the recipe folks. Do give it a thumbs up if you like my simple recipe and if possible do leave a feedback on my profile here on this special platform.Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Stir fried Mushrooms and vegetables
#goldenapron3#week17#stirfry Stir fry is cooking continuously on high flame. The ingredients to be cooked, either finely chopped or par boiled. Sometimes it becomes necessary to keep some cooked food , beforehand, in stock for a quick /hurry bite. So I always use stir fry vegetables for many quick and easy and simple recipes. This stir fry I had prepared before lock down with the ingredients available then.
